GLCC Marriage Mentors (MMs) are a rare breed of Christian couples who have recognized the call of service and stepped out in faith. You understand that the sanctity of marriage is important, and have consciously dedicated a part of your lives to defend this institution.
Why else would normal people take significant time out of their busy lives to love and counsel strangers? To do this day in and day out without an expectation of material profit over many years is a testament of your understanding of our Creator's love for us.
The couples you walk with are many and varied- some with more hurts than others; some further away from God than others. Your walk supports them, heals them, guides them back. It enables Jesus to see Grace applied and Love lived out.
